EPFO UAN Login / EPFO Login EPF Member Portal OTCP Employer

EPFO Online Login

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) provides so many services and facilities to all employees who are the member of the EPFO. Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation provides the services to the employees and employers of the company. There is a rule of the government in which if any company have more than 20 employees than they have to deduct the Provident Fund from the salary of the employees. Employees will get the deducted amount after a certain time. Employees will get the PF number in order to check the EPF Account Balance. It is very easy to log in at the EPFO Portal. In this article, we provide all the details regarding the EPFO login, Online Transfer Claim Protocol (OTCP) etc. In order to login at the EPFO Portal, follow the given steps below:

  • Employees have to go to the official website of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) 
    • Go to the service section and click on it
  • New page will appear on the screen
  • Enter the Username and Password of your EPF Account
  • Click on the Sign in
  • The dashboard of your account will open on the screen
  • Employees can check the balance of their EPF Account.

UAN Online Login

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) introduced the Universal Account Number (UAN) which can be linked to all the PF Accounts of the employees. It is very difficult to handle more PF Accounts, so the UAN can be linked to all those accounts and employees can manage all their PF Account by UAN. There is only one account which is UAN. Employees can ask their employer for the Universal Account Number (UAN) and if your employer did not give the Universal Account Number (UAN) than you can activate by your own. If you already have your Universal Account Number (UAN)  than you can login into account and check your account balance online. Employees have to visit the UAN Portal in order to login into their account.To login at the UAN Portal, follow the given steps below:

  • Employees have to go to the official Unified Member Portal
  • Enter the 12 Digit Universal Account Number (UAN) and Password of your UAN Account
  • Click on the Sign in
  • The dashboard of your account will open on the screen
  • Employees can check the balance of their EPF Account.

EPFO OTCP For Employer

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) introduced the Online Transfer Claim Protocol (OTCP) a new service from which you can submit the application online for the transfer of claims by the members of the EPFO. The main objective of the Online Transfer Claim Protocol (OTCP) was to make the transfer process more transparent, effective and save the time of the employers. Any member of the EPFO has the option to claim the PF either from the current employer or previous employer. Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) replaced the Online Transfer Claim Protocol (OTCP) with the new interface on the Unified Member Portal. EPF Account Holders can use the service to request for the online EPF Transfer. If any employee leaves his previous job and joins a  new job then he can request to transfer the claim of Provident Fund into his new account. The employee has to fulfil all the rules and regulations to claim the PF. EPF Account Holders have to follow the procedure submit the application online for the transfer of claims. Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) replaced the OTCP just with the new and updated interface but all the functions and services are same as before. The new interface is very user-friendly and very easy to use. EPF Account Holders can check the eligibility to request for online transfer of claim.

Eligibility to Request for Online Transfer of Claim:

  • Employees have to go to the official website of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)
  • Click on the Online Transfer Claim Protocol (OTCP) which is under the For Employees category
  • New page will open on the screen
  • Click on the Check Eligibility
  • Enter the details like Select State, Select Office etc without doing any kind of mistake
  • After filling all the details, click on the Check Eligibility
  • On the screen, you can see two options, the first option is to Login at the OTCP Portal and the other option is to Register.
  • If an employee is eligible to file the online claim than filing the request but if you are not eligible then you will register yourself at the OTCP Portal.

Request for Online Transfer of EPF Claim:

  • Employees have to log in to the OTCP Portal
  • Then enter your KYC Details
  • Then click on the Request for Transfer of EPF Account
  • Enter all your personal details
  • Enter previous EPF Account details
  • Enter the current EPF Account Details
  • You can to submit the application either to the current employer or previous employer
  • Enter the code from the Captcha image in the box
  • Click on the Get Pin
  • Then you will receive a text message on your registered mobile no., which has the code
  • Enter the Pin in the box (Pin is valid for only for few minutes)
  • Click on Submit.

Submit Hard Copy of Application Form 13:

  • Employees have to click on the Claim option
  • New page will open on the screen
  • Click on the View Status of Transfer Claim
  • You have to print the Application Form
  • Submit the application form either to the current employer or previous employer
  • An employee has to sign the form and submit it within 15 days.
  • After 15 days, an employer has the option to reject the application.
  • You can check the claim status of the transfer of EPF Account under the Claim option.

EPF Claim Status:

  • Your employer may reject the application if he found any mistake in your form, an employer can edit and send you the revised copy of your form
  • An employer may reject the form in a case when the signature does not match with records, in case when the employee details do not match with the company’s record.
  • Employees have to click on the Claim option
  • New page will open on the screen
  • Click on the View Status of Transfer Claim
  • You will see the status of your EPF Claim.
